Cinnamon eggy oats
• Boil 1/2 cup water with 1tbsp of chia seeds (has omega 3’s, fiber, protein)
• After boiling add 1/2 oats, and 1tsp cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla or maple extract if desired
• When oats are almost done, add in 1 egg white and mix well until no trace of egg are shown and cook for a few more minutes, stirring
• Take off heat, and serve. I added a tbsp of flaxseed meal (ligands, fiber, omega 3’s), half a gala apple, and a heaping tsp of natural peanut butter, melted.
